If getting fit in 2010 for yourself or your children is a goal, consider signing up for a city recreational program. Each city within Maricopa county offers athletics for youth and adults at a very reasonable fee. You can even register for a city program outside of your residence.

Show off your athletic skills and competitiveness by entering the 2010 Grand Canyon State Games. It's not just for youth, it's for all ages including golf, skateboarding, rock climbing, track, basketball and over 70 other sports to chose from. If you're not in shape and don't want to compete just yet, sign up for a fitness, agility, and sports conditioning program.
