Education

One half of the academic year has ended and report cards are out. If your child needs help or wants to do well on the SAT, check out our SAT Prep page. If you want your child’s Arizona college tuition paid, look at Tuition Waivers. You’ll save $$ thousands of dollars. For a current listing of local tutors who can provide help, see our page on Tutoring. Remember, each child is different and has different learning styles, so please research your options and choose one or more that are best for your child. If you have any questions or concerns, e-mail Sierra at info@azkids2teens.com.

Fitness & Health

We’ve just added a new page on Health, Fitness, Nutrition, and Sports Training. If you are a professional health provider or expert in your field such as youth fitness or youth sports training and would like to be included on our new page, please email Sierra at info@azkids2teens.com. You must not be an advocate or one who dispenses or encourages the use of steroids.

If getting fit in 2008 for yourself or your children is a goal, consider signing up for a city recreational program. Each city within Maricopa county offers athletics for youth and adults at a very reasonable fee. You can even register for a city program outside of your residence.

Show off your athletic skills and competitiveness by entering the 2008 Grand Canyon State Games. It's not just for youth, it's for all ages including golf, skateboarding, rock climbing, track, basketball and over 70 other sports to chose from. If you're not in shape and don't want to compete just yet, sign up for a fitness, agility, and sports conditioning program. You or your young athlete can benefit from the strength, speed, flexibility, and balance techniques taught at Velocity Sports Performance in North Scottsdale by the Ice Den.
